Howard R. Ballard is the Broker of Ballard Marketing Group and CEO of Ballard Realty Group. He has over 27 years of experience in all aspects of real estate in the Las Vegas Valley. Howard is currently working with distressed properties through the short sale process with a success rate of 98% closed transaction. He is also practiced in Trustee auction sales and foreclosures offering Buyers various purchase options. Beginning in Real Estate in the 1980’s, he was an onsite salesman in various model sales offices. He quickly advanced to the top producer position and then into executive level in new home sales. Combining the buyer’s preferences in each neighborhood with market data, Howard was able to offer builders valuable insight on desired features that set their properties apart from the competition. As the market began changing in 2005, Howard and Debbie elected to start a new business providing real estate services to sellers, buyers and investors; specializing in current market trends and providing personal property management services. Howard was born in Henderson and is proud to be a native Nevadan. His success has been driven by proven abilities in strategic planning, organized development and customer engagement.

Debra D. Ballard is the Broker of Ballard Realty Group, Permitted Property Manager and Community Association Manager. Her designations are ABR, GRI, RRG and e-pro. Debra has over 26 years of experience in the Las Vegas real estate market, the last 16 years as a Real Estate Professional. Her attention to detail facilitates client satisfaction. The personal consideration to clients and customers provides numerous referrals. Debra came to Las Vegas in the 1960's with her family. Her father was the first President of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (at the time Nevada Southern University) and contributed to land acquisitions and the beginning growth of UNLV. She has a strong commitment to the community and the real estate market. Her education includes a minor in office administration.
