In addition to a complete application we obtain credit information through FirstAdvantage SafeRent providing credit reporting through TransUnion, Statewide Criminal Search, Multi-State Sex Offender Search, AppALERT (terrorist, wanted fugitive) & OFAC Search and Basic Fraud Services. Employment, past rental/mortgage history and any other provided information is verified to insure a qualified applicant is found for your investment property. We work for you. Available and prompt in pricing, collection of rents, property repairs and tenant screening to ensure the highest return on your investment.
